Akshay Kumar’s much-awaited action-drama Sooryavanshi will hit the cinemas on April 30. The Rohit Shetty directorial will also presents Katrina Kaif in the lead role. Akshay shared a short video reel about the film on social media. It comprises of the clips of the actor and rest of the cast members from trailer launch event.
He also wrote, we promised you all a cinematic experience. That’s what you will get…the wait is finally over! Aa Rahi Hai Police #Sooryavanshi releasing worldwide in theaters on 30th April 2021 with hash tag Sooryavanshi 30thApril.”
Fans expressed their excitement about the release of the film. The twitter is flooded post with comments like, “Can’t wait #Sooryavanshi.”

Sooryavanshi was planned to release last year. It was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Most of the films were released on OTT platform during the lockdown. The film makers of Sooryavanshi always made it fair that the movie will open in cinemas only. The theatres were opened across the country in October last year but with only a capacity of 50 percent audience. Now, the government has allowed the theatres to run with full volume.

The movie Sooryavanshi stars Akshay Kumar. He will be playing the role of a cop in the lead role. Katrina Kaif plays the role of Akshay’s love interest in the movie. There will also be glimpses of Ranveer Singh in the film. Sooryavanshi spots the latest entry in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe.
